  Overall he was unprofessional. No communication(didn't keep us updated on which areas he was working on or where we could/couldn't step without me asking him at the end of the day), he brought his dog everyday but never asked if it was okay if he did, used the wrong color grout in one of the rooms, went several days over his original time schedule and complained about US to his coworker (I accidentally overheard him). He also damaged some of the borders along the wall when removing them, his carpet guy broke some of the tile and then tried to cover it up and when I offered to bring our trash can in and throw things away he said no need to and then billed us for trash clean up. I would NEVER recommend this company [which is too bad because his father (the previous owner) ran a much better business] and I will never use this company again.
